Information we collect

If you email Airship Labs, we receive your email address, message, and any files or other information you choose to send.

When your browser requests a page, Vercel handles the technical request information needed to deliver it, such as IP address, browser, and requested URL.

This website can send Vercel Web Analytics information such as pages visited, referring websites, browser and device type, and approximate location. Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and discards visitor sessions after 24 hours, so we see only totals.

This website can also send Vercel Speed Insights measurements of loading and responsiveness, along with technical details such as page URL, browser, device type, and network speed.

This website has no account registration or contact submission form. Contact links open your email application. Please send only information needed for your inquiry.

How we use information

We use the information you email us to respond to your inquiry, discuss a project, or address a product question.

We use request information to deliver pages, Web Analytics information to understand website use, and Speed Insights measurements to measure page performance. We also use Vercel request logs to find and fix website errors.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Parties we disclose information to

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and runs Web Analytics and Speed Insights for it. Vercel describes its handling of information in its Privacy Notice, the Vercel Web Analytics privacy documentation, and the Speed Insights privacy documentation.

Google Workspace, our email provider, handles the email you send to Airship Labs. We also use AI assistant tools from our service providers to help us read, organize, and reply to email, and those providers process your message only to provide that service to us.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of Airship Labs or others, or to a buyer or successor if Airship Labs is merged or sold.

How we disclose information

Your browser sends page requests to Vercel, because Vercel hosts this website.

The Web Analytics and Speed Insights scripts send their measurement data from your browser to Vercel.

Email you send to Airship Labs travels through and is stored in Google Workspace. Our AI assistant tools access it there through secure connections we authorize.

Any other disclosure described above happens only when one of those reasons applies.

How we protect information

This website uses HTTPS only. HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) tells browsers to use HTTPS for two years, including on subdomains.

A Content Security Policy limits which scripts can run on this website and which destinations its pages can connect to.

Other websites cannot show these pages in a frame, and this website turns off camera, microphone, location, and payment features in your browser.

The website code has no database, API routes, or server actions, and no page has an account or submission form.

Only Airship Labs and the service providers named in this policy can access email and files you send us.

Report security vulnerabilities to security@airshiplabs.com.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

How long we keep information

We keep email for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep records of our conversations and work, and then delete it. Vercel keeps its website data for the periods described in its documentation linked above.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us by emailing privacy@airshiplabs.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may keep information when the law requires it.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll make that clear on this page.

External links

Links to other websites take you to services operated by others. Their privacy notices describe how they handle information. This policy applies only to the Airship Labs company website.
